Our Team

Mohammad Soheil Yaghoubi (CEO):
He has experienced establishing, growing, and financing technology-based companies. For many years, He has held management and executive positions. In the early stages of my career, He held a variety of mid to senior-level positions with different companies. A serial entrepreneur, He has established successful businesses in importing electronic devices, technology outsourcing, and venture capital and investment. His bachelor's degree is in Industrial Management. He also holds a master's degree in MBA.

Mehrdad Golabkesh Afshar (COO):
From Amirkabir University of Tehran, Mr. Afshar received a master's degree in information technology - computer network engineering. In addition to managing and directing information technology for 16 years, he is a member of the Arman Azma Aindeh board and an Information Technology researcher. As the owner of several IT startups, Mr. Afshar has a deep understanding of the various aspects of starting and maintaining a successful IT and public service business. As an industry visionary, he managed budgets and set marketing strategies. Through changing production processes and aligning sales goals to meet dynamic industry conditions, he increases profitability and influences executive operations strategically with the organization's leadership team (Board of Directors).

Mohammad Vahid Zanganeh Moghaddam (CTO):
Over the past six years, he has been a business development executive and consultant in various product and service industries. He analyzes, evaluates, implements, and leads scalable startups and businesses. He has gained valuable experience in improving efficiency and scaling operations. His bachelor's degree is in Computer Engineering. He also holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Shahid Beheshti University. As both an engineer and an analyst, he has been an effective leader in finding enterprise solutions to problems existing in many fields.

Ali Mortazavi (CQO):
In 2009, Mr. Mortazavi graduated from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences with a specialization in Maxillofacial Surgery. In his long career as a dentist, he has observed and understood the issues that dentists face in their profession. This makes him an excellent candidate to represent Perform ++ Startup and ensure that customers' needs are met. To ensure that quality is always at the top of the priority list when it comes to collecting, preparing startup output products, and interacting with customers, he has prepared a quality control program in accordance with which many studies, researches, reviews and tests have been conducted. Through a high level of honesty and integrity in practice, he has been able to create a double reputation for the group and will have constructive interaction with domestic and foreign customers as the main factors influencing the success of a business organization
